Orlando Squeeze Announce Exclusive Partnership with AdventHealth

The Orlando Squeeze announced an exclusive partnership for AdventHealth to become the Official Health Care Provider of the Orlando Squeeze with a focus on the overall health of professional and non-professional pickleball athletes.

“We are thrilled to welcome AdventHealth to the Squeeze family,” said Orlando Squeeze owner and GM Ryan DeVos. “AdventHealth’s forward-thinking approach and innovative health care mission resonate with our desire to improve the performance and health of not only our team but our community as well. Pickleball has ignited a wave of movement across the country, and we are confident AdventHealth will help energize and strengthen this momentum.”

The two organizations will partner on upcoming philanthropic opportunities, local events, tournaments, and skill clinics that continue their efforts to inspire inclusivity, health and wellness to fans and the broader community. The first of these events will be the upcoming Fall Classic pickleball tournament at ClearOne Sports Centre on Sunday, October 8.

AdventHealth also serves as the official health partner of all four DeVos family entities: Orlando Magic (NBA), Osceola Magic (NBA G League), Orlando Solar Bears (ECHL), and Magic Gaming (NBA 2K League).

“AdventHealth is proud to partner with the Orlando Squeeze because we understand that sports create a unique place for individuals to have fun and come together while getting exercise and developing habits to help lead to healthy and happy lives,” said Sharon Line Clary, AdventHealth vice president of strategic marketing and communications. “Through pickleball, the Orlando Squeeze are inspiring healthy lifestyles and active communities, and we’re excited to be a part of the team.”

With the announcement, AdventHealth becomes the presenting sponsor for the Orlando Squeeze, which recently won Major League Pickleball’s Atlanta Championship with its refreshed roster that includes pickleball star Anna Bright, two accomplished male competitors in Andrei Dăescu and Zane Navratil, and another up-and-coming female star in Rachel Rohrabacher.

The Orlando Squeeze will continue Season Two of the 2023 Major League Pickleball calendar in Los Angeles on Nov. 2. More details on the MLP 2023 second season and Los Angeles tournament can be found at www.majorleaguepickleball.net.
